Aiming to keep the professional and amateur Quake\u00ae<\/strong> scene active throughout the year, the past March 2nd<\/strong> KeenCon launched the KeenCon Team Series<\/strong>, a series of monthly online 2V2 Quake\u00ae tournaments<\/strong>, with a \u20ac400 prize pool<\/strong> per month<\/strong>, which also serves as a qualifier for the next Barcelona KeenCon 2024<\/strong>, to be held on November 1-3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Played in a single division on double-elimination playoff, the seeding of each matchday is based on the ELO score of the highest TDM 2v2 ranked player of each team at the end of each month.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Players from all countries are welcome in the tournament, but to be eligible you must be able to attend the Barcelona KeenCon 2024 in Barcelona (Spain) in person<\/strong>. You must confirm your assistance<\/strong> to the Barcelona KeenCon 2024 before September 20th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All the players are required to have an active ranking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One change of partner is allowed during the whole season.
The new pair will start with 0 points in the Regular League.<\/p>\n

BARCELONA KEENCON 2024 QUALIFIER:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the regular season, the top 14 teams<\/strong> will get a direct entry into the only competition to be held during Barcelona KeenCon 2024<\/strong>, a 2V2 LAN<\/strong> tournament with 16 slots<\/strong> and a base prize pool of \u20ac5,000<\/strong> to be augmented via donations and funding from sponsors.<\/p>\n

A \u20ac250<\/strong> grant will also be given to each player of the Top 8<\/strong> qualified teams as a financial aid for the trip to Barcelona<\/p>\n
